These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rewyer website and service (the "Service"), operated by Nikola Zivkovic PR Agencija za programerske usluge Novi Sad, registered in Novi Sad, Serbia (company registration no. 66662730, tax ID (PIB) 113217774) ("Rewyer", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Rewyer helps businesses monitor reviews on their Google Business Profile, draft replies using AI, publish approved replies, and receive alerts and reports. The Service connects to your Google account only with your explicit authorization, which you can revoke at any time.
2. Your account and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You may only connect Google Business Profiles that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content of replies published through the Service, including replies posted automatically under rules you configure. Review drafts before enabling autopilot.
- You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to solicit or generate fake or incentivized reviews, or in any way that violates Google's policies for Business Profile content.
3. AI-generated content
Reply drafts are generated by an AI language model. While we work to make drafts accurate and appropriate, AI output can contain errors. Drafts are suggestions: you remain responsible for reviewing and approving what is published on your behalf. Rewyer does not guarantee any specific business outcome, rating improvement or ranking change.
4. Early access and waitlist
Before general availability, the Service (or parts of it) may be offered as a pre-release or early-access version. Pre-release features are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may not perform at the level of a finished product. Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, a launch date, or any particular feature, price or outcome, and does not create a contract between you and Rewyer.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there are no cancellation fees and no notice periods.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from a paid subscription. By requesting that the Service starts immediately, you agree that if you withdraw within those 14 days you will pay for the period already supplied; once the first billing period has been fully performed with your prior consent, the withdrawal right lapses.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party platforms, in particular the Google Business Profile APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages or limitations imposed by those platforms. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
We retain all rights to the Service, its software and branding. You retain all rights to your business data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. If you send us suggestions, ideas or other feedback about the Service, we may use them without restriction or compensation — feedback never includes your business data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may limit availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue or reputational harm), and our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
If you use the Service in breach of these Terms — including publishing content you were not entitled to publish, connecting profiles you are not authorized to manage, violating Google's policies, or otherwise misusing the Service — you agree to indemnify and hold Rewyer harmless from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from that breach. This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Novi Sad, Serbia — in each case without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence.
